Vettai audio launch, which was held in Chennai at the Anna Centenary auditorium, was a star-studded affair and the event also witnessed an announcement of a big multi star-cast project.
Yes director Venkat Prabhu who was recently in news for doing a movie with Surya and Ravi Teja in leads had announced at Vettai’s Audio Launch that he would be working with his four friends for his forthcoming film.
The four friends as his cast include Arya, Jeeva, Vishal and Jayam Ravi, who had also participated at the launch event.
Venkat Prabhu said, “We had always been contemplating working on a movie together. We are very good friends and share a strong bond off the screen, and that should reflect on screen as well. I’ve locked a script and as soon as we find a producer, we should go on floors soon.”
Jeeva at the launch event said, “Whenever we catch up, we always talk about working on a film. Since the five of us were present during the audio launch, we decided to announce it to the public. However, we don’t know when the project will take off as we are all committed to many films right now. As and when we get free, we will surely work on a film together.”
