The Clock Starts Ticking For 24 Next Spring!

The long-gestating, big-screen version of 24 has finally eyeing with a possible April 2012 start date!

Now Twentieth Century Fox is expecting a new script from writer Mark Bomback (THE WOLVERINE) to be delivered to them by the end of the year. The main goal, of course, is to get the movie into production as quickly as possible to match Kiefer Sutherland's availability, who starred as Jack Bauer in the series.

But 24 the movie remains without a confirmed director, although there are reports that the studio has narrowed their list down to five potential names.
