The long-gestating remake project of Wang Yu's MASTER OF THE FLYING GUILLOTINE (1976) was originally directed by BODYGUARDS & ASSASSINS Teddy Chan but subsequently bowed out. Replacing him is INFERNAL AFFAIRS director Andrew Lau, and THE GUILLOTINES is finally rolling back into production with Peter Chan in charge as the producer.
